One Play Development (formerly the Mabry Academy) is a different kind of academy – one that is centered around performance excellence driven by personal integrity – our definition of winning. At One Play, we deliver elite level development, preparation, leadership, and knowledge transfer for athletes that aspire to the next level. Whether that be intermediate or NCAA level, our purpose is to develop and prepare youth athletes today for where they need to be tomorrow, in sport and in life. One Play Development was founded by Michael Mabry and John Rothenberer in 2022 in an effort to address the large and growing challenges in American youth sports. Our reach is nationwide through our unique in-person and virtual programs where we deliver advanced performance enhancement and preparation for the athletes that aspire to the next level. Our approach is comprehensive so that we can unlock the full potential of every person we work with.
